| MPTUS is a new distribution and management solution
for prepaid mobile phone reloads developed using Microsoft technologies
and ISO8583 message via Electronic Data Capture (EDC) terminals, mobile
phone, Internet, Point of Sales (POS) system and PDA’s. |

| With MPTUS, mobile operators can now eliminate
sourcing, acquiring, logistics and management of physical prepaid
reloads coupons. Retailers can now using their existing credit card
terminal. POS system, mobile phone and etc to sell prepaid reloads
to mobile phone users. Unlike the conventional prepaid methods, which
typically involve cash on delivery of stock, the retailer does not
need to maintain an inventory of physical reload prepaid coupons with
stored values. MPTUS allows them to practice just-in-time inventory.

| MPTUS carries the customized abilities to prepay
anything, including Internet access, Internet cash, ticketing, Internet
data service, or car washes. Once installed in a retail location,
virtually any item can be prepaid through the EDC terminal, effectively
opening a conduit through which retailers can funnel multiple products
from a variety of suppliers and mobile operators. |

| MPTUS assists Mobile Operator to form an integral
part of a nationwide electronic transaction processing retail merchant
network, combining a credit/debit payment application with a mobile
phone top-up service at the point-of-sale. Rather than stocking a
drawer full of cards, retailers can create a fully electronic environment
by using a Hypercom EDC terminal equipped with a specially developed
MPTUS Top Up module application. They can enter the requested top-up
value, network operator selection and appropriate mobile telephone
account number directly into the Hypercom EDC terminal via simple
prompts displayed on the LED screen display. MPTUS also provides access
to business views and daily, weekly and monthly reports to provide
Mobile Operators with a better idea and an insight view of the spending
trend analysis of the prepaid customers. |
