  • Point Management Module - allows a Participating Company to update their loyalty points as well as determine the conversion rate to correlate with up and coming sales and marketing events
  • Reward Centre Module - allows a Participating Company to create a virtual and actual Reward Centre, maintain online gift catalogues and organize ad-hoc marketing campaigns Apart from the core modules, CLMS is also able to capture and redeem loyalty point real-time using Hypercom eftPOS terminal and Smart cards solutions. Smart cards are ideal tools for real-time loyalty transaction because they are handy, robust and capable of storing large amounts of data.
CLMS also manages other customer loyalty functions such as:

 

  • Sales transactions and cardholder data collected at the point of sale
  • Loyalty point enquiries
  • Loyalty point accumulation and redemption
  • Loading and managing cardholder details
